On July 28, 2023, the mid-year exchange meeting of JIMEI New Material Marketing Department with the theme of "Integrity, unity, cooperation and common growth" was successfully held in Shenzhen headquarters. Marketing teams from the Shenzhen headquarters, Wenzhou branch, and Jiangxi branch all participated in this conference. During the event, attendees engaged in mutual communication, and learning, and celebrated together the progress and joy.
During the communication conference, our Marketing Director expressed recognition for the diligent efforts of colleagues in the marketing department, acknowledging that work had become even busier after the pandemic. Tasks such as client receptions, visits, and the overall work pace had accelerated. At the same time, she expects us to understand the trends and customer needs, meet customer needs, and achieve more outstanding results.
The director of the Marketing Department reviewed the achievements made in the past and also examined the growth and improvement direction of the team, and made new plans and layouts for the work in the second half of the year.
Then, in combination with the 2023 performance goals formulated at the beginning of the year, the regional leaders made a detailed summary, report, and exchange analysis from the sales situation, customer analysis, product color adjustment, internal work, etc., sorted out the shortcomings that need to be improved, drew up the work plan for the second half of the year and measures to be taken to achieve the annual goals, and clarified the objectives and tasks, compacted the work responsibilities, and made the work of the company more effective. On the morning of August 25, 2023, all members of the Marketing Department visited the factory to gain a firsthand understanding of JIMEI's product manufacturing processes and techniques.
Everyone learned about JIMEI's testing methods and principles, gained insights into JIMEI's color management database system with over 80,000 color formulas, became acquainted with JIMEI's research and development strengths, and understood the advantages of its products. Additionally, the entire production process of extrusion, pressing, and assembly techniques was comprehended through a walkthrough of the production facility.
In order to enhance the cohesion between team members and to thank all colleagues for their hard work, on August 26-27, 2023, we organized two days and one night of Shuangyue Bay Group construction activities.
When we are all together, we are a team. By the deep blue sea and soft sandy beaches, while being caressed by the sea breeze, everyone indulged in team-building activities. As getting late, along with the refreshing evening breeze unique to the beach, a relaxed BBQ commenced, further elevating the camaraderie among the team.
Looking back on the first half of the year, we are highly motivated, and looking forward to the second half, we are also full of confidence.
