HKOF 2023 gathered together about more than 700 exhibitors, featuring various regional pavilions, including Italy, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Visionaries of Style (VOS), and booths organized by the Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association. Additionally, mainland Chinese exhibitors represented regions such as Yingtan in Jiangxi, Danyang in Jiangsu, Wenzhou in Zhejiang, and Shenzhen in Guangdong. Throughout the event, various activities took place, including a series of seminars aimed at deepening understanding of industry trends, dynamics, and market developments. An optical conference was also held, featuring talks from several industry experts invited to Hong Kong.

Additionally, the "23rd Hong Kong Eyewear Design Competition" was themed around "Sustainable Living," aiming to foster innovative design concepts in Hong Kong.
