At the beginning of 2025, the marketing department team members of Jimei New Materials set off for a team-building trip to Thailand with great anticipation. In this country full of exotic charm, we gathered together, aiming to embrace the new year full of challenges and opportunities with the spirit of open innovation and the attitude of unity and struggle.
NO.1 Experience the Charm of the Ancient Capital
On January 1st, the first day of the new year, we arrived in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. This city is not only rich in history but also full of modernity. Our group first visited the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple, feeling the solemnity and mystery of Thai culture.
Then, we took a long-tail boat to cruise along the Chao Phraya River, enjoying the beautiful scenery on both sides and experiencing the unique Thai water town life. In the evening, we went to the Wat Pho Reclining Buddha, praying in the afterglow of the sunset and making beautiful wishes for the new year. As night fell, we tasted various authentic Thai cuisines, feeling the liveliness and prosperity of Thai nightlife.
NO.2 Enjoy the Fun of Vacation
The next day, we drove to Pattaya, a famous holiday resort in Thailand. At the Suan Luang Elephant Riding Park, we experienced the fun of riding elephants, felt the traditional Thai folk culture performances, and changed into Thai costumes to enjoy the Water Festival, enjoying the joy of being surrounded by splashing water.
In the evening, we boarded the All-Star Cruise, enjoying a sumptuous dinner amidst the dazzling night view and watching wonderful performances.
NO.3 Appreciate the Island Style
On the third day, we went to Koh San Chao for an outing, feeling the sunshine and beaches of the Thai islands. Swimming in the azure sea, we fully released the pressure of work.
On Koh San Chao, not only did we enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature, but our teammates also bravely challenged various water sports, with every moment filled with laughter and joy.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed a traditional Thai massage, allowing our tired bodies to be completely relaxed. In the evening, we enjoyed afternoon tea at the popular Mermaid Cliff Restaurant, spending an unforgettable afternoon with the magnificent sea view. In the evening, we watched the MAX Muay Thai performance, feeling the charm and power of Thai martial arts.
NO.4 Look Back and Move Forward
On the last day, we bid farewell to Pattaya and returned to Bangkok. In Bangkok, we visited Siam Park City, a theme park that reproduces the ancient urban style of Thailand. Here, we seemed to travel through time and return to the glorious ancient times of Thailand. After the visit, we embarked on the return journey, but our hearts were filled with expectations and confidence for the future.
This Thailand team-building journey not only allowed us to experience the rich natural scenery and cultural landscapes of Thailand, but more importantly, through a series of activities and interactions, we have a deeper understanding of the importance of open innovation for personal and team growth, and we also cherish the unity and struggle spirit among the team.
