On July 24 and August 7, 2026, JIMEI sales teams from Wenzhou, Jiangxi, and Shenzhen visited our Dongguan Manufacturing Center — a deep dive designed to move them from "knowing our manufacturing" to "understanding its value."
This was more than a factory tour. It brought R&D, production, and the market to the same table.

A manufacturing layout built for JIMEI's future
Located in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, the JIMEI Dongguan Manufacturing Center brings R&D, production, and quality management under one roof.
Spanning about 54,699 m², the site began full operation in 2025 with a new generation of smart equipment and production systems.
For JIMEI, the Center's value goes well beyond its scale.
It anchors our upgrade roadmap for the next five to ten years: sustained investment in smart manufacturing, R&D, and quality control to deliver more stable, efficient, and innovative material solutions to customers worldwide.

How a sheet of acetate comes to life
Led by our production managers, the teams walked the shop floor to trace the cellulose acetate sheet from raw material to finished product.
From color compounding and baking to slicing and forming, every step shapes the final sheet's color, machinability, and consistent quality.

80,000+ color formulations, unlocking new possibilities in materials
The Color Center's rich library of shade panels and textures showcases the material innovation JIMEI has built up over the years.
Our in-house color management database now holds more than 80,000 formulations, supporting fast, precise color matching and custom development for customers.
Whether recreating a classic shade or developing a new texture, our color management system takes customers from design concept to physical sample quickly and precisely.

Safeguarding every delivery with data
Quality is the foundation of JIMEI's long-term partnerships with customers worldwide.
In the lab, the teams learned about our testing process from raw material to finished sheet — nine core quality checks: Delamination test, Elasticity test, Izod test, Elongation test, Tensile strength test, Hardness test, Shrinkage test, Bleeding test, and UV test.
Each test verifies the stability, machinability, and long-term reliability of our materials.
Quality is not a promise. It is built test by test, checkpoint by checkpoint.
